Distillery District Station on the Ontario Line will serve the growing Corktown neighbourhood and nearby Distillery District, connecting to key surface routes like the 504 King streetcar, 65 Parliament bus, and 172 Cherry bus. It will be within a 10-minute walk for over 26,400 residents (including 3,300 car-free households), with 4,100 peak-hour users. A proposed Transit-Oriented Community will add housing, jobs, retail, a library, and First Parliament site commemoration.
